Who is responsible

Ignafort: Tower Defense (com.karasgamestudios.ignafort) is developed by Václav Karas, operating as Karas Game Studios. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

Game progress and settings

Progress, currencies, talents, settings, battle results and an unfinished battle are stored in the app’s storage on your device. The game currently has no developer-operated player accounts, online leaderboards or Firebase Analytics. We do not send gameplay events to the studio’s server. You may voluntarily provide local diagnostic records when requesting support.

Android backup

If Android system backup is enabled, Google may back up game progress to your Google account. This is managed by Android and Google, not a Karas Game Studios cloud-save service.

Optional ads and age category

Google AdMob provides rewarded ads. Its services may process your IP address (also to estimate general location), device identifiers, diagnostic information, app information and ad interactions to deliver and measure advertising and prevent fraud. Before the first ad request, the game asks for an age category: it does not retain the birth year entered, only the resulting category used to configure ads. Where applicable, Google UMP presents consent choices. Available privacy choices can be reopened in game settings. Purchases

Google Play processes purchases. The game receives information needed to verify and grant products, such as product identifiers and purchase tokens. It does not receive payment card details. Contacting support

When you contact us, we use your email address, message and attachments to handle your request. Do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary to resolve it. We retain correspondence for as long as needed for the request and related claims, normally no more than 12 months after closure. Email is provided by Google Gmail.

This website

Our hosting and Cloudflare deliver and protect this website and provide HTTPS. They may process IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and browser information. We have not added visitor analytics or advertising tracking to the website. Access logs on our server rotate daily, with at most 14 rotated files retained. Cloudflare also processes data under its privacy policy.

Purposes, legal bases and recipients

We process information needed for support and purchased features to perform a contract or take pre-contractual steps. Security and technical troubleshooting rely on legitimate interests; legal obligations are handled under applicable law. Where advertising technologies require consent, we rely on your choice. Google and Cloudflare may process information outside the EEA; their policies linked above describe recipients, transfers and safeguards.

Deletion and your rights

Clear the app’s data or uninstall it to remove local progress. Manage Google backups and purchase records in your Google account; uninstalling alone does not remove those records. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us at the address above. You may complain to your data protection authority, including the Czech ÚOOÚ.
